We are always stoked to work with people who are passionate about outdoors and adventure just like we are. Although we are an outdoor and travel firm, we need a team with different skillsets to work at our back-end of the operations.

TRAVELLING ARTIST PROJECT (TAP)
Just as we love the outdoors and nature, we love music and art. Who doesn't? So we have come up with an initiative to combine all this with our regular ventures and expeditions.
This is a great platform for all musicians and artists (amateurs and pros) out there who like adventure and travel. So if you think you can perform for, or entertain a small group during our outings, you will get an opportunity to join us for a free trip and even get paid (conditions apply, of course)!
Share your art work, music or performance videos and if we like it, we will sponsor your travel to amazing destinations where you can showcase your talent. Read more about this at Travelling Artist Project (TAP)
ONLINE CONTESTS
You can earn your travel discounts by taking part in our online contests open for all.
- Travel Writing - Write about your travel adventures or experiences with us and mail it to us. For one best article from every Weekend Getaway, the writer will be given a 50% discount voucher* for the next Weekend Getaway. An amusing travelogue from our Extended Odysseys will be given a free trip to one Weekend Getaway. This will be published on our blog section.
- Photography - Submit the photos taken during our events and expeditions. One best photograph will be selected every week and featured on our Facebook page and Instagram.
Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING TERMS
To book any event or expedition organised by Add Ventures Unlimited, an advance amount or full payment has to be made prior to the scheduled date.
- For any Getaway, Full payment has to be made at least 2 days prior to departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- For any reason, due to no fault of ADD Ventures Unlimited, if you wish to cancel your expedition / event, an Email ([email protected]) or WhatsApp (+819014707885) intimation needs to be sent. Cancellation requests are not taken orally. We allow and suggest for transfer of their confirmed seat to someone else instead of cancellation;
- Weekend events –
- 10 days prior to the event – refund* / Voucher**
- 06 - 09 days prior to the event – 50% refund of the total amount / Voucher
- 03 - 05 days prior to the event – 25% refund of the total amount / Voucher
- 00 - 02 days prior to the event – No refund
- Extended Odysseys –
- 45 - 30 days prior to the event – 60% refund of the total amount / Voucher
- 20 - 29 days prior to the event – 45% refund of the total amount / Voucher
- 10 – 19 days prior to the event – 20% refund of the total amount / voucher
- 00 - 09 days prior to the event – No refund
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions, government restrictions or any other unavoidable circumstances beyond the control of Add Ventures Unlimited, certain activities during the expedition or the event itself may be cancelled, or there could be change in the itinerary. In such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity or a voucher will be handed over (in case of cancellation or rescheduling of event) to the registered participants. However no refund will be provided for the same.
- In case an event is cancelled by Add Ventures for lack of minimum number of people in the batch, refund or Voucher will be provided to the people who had made an advance/full payment. But the organisers shall not be liable to reimburse for any other additional expenses that they might incur with regard to such cancellation.
*Refund will be given after deducting Payment Gateway charges and any other non refundable costs (booking charges and handling expenses).
**Voucher – For some selected events, when repayment of the amount is not possible, we provide for transferable Voucher which can be used anytime within 4 months (for Weekend Getaways) / 1 year (for Extended Odysseys) from the date of issue. The voucher will be sent to the respective email ID.
